Rules of the School

 

1. Books, note-books, bags, tiffin-box etc. should bear the name of owner. The school is not responsible for such anything that gets lost.
 
2. Once a student attends the school he/she will not be allowed any sort of leave. In case of emergency the child will be escorted home with the parents with the written permission of the principal.
 
3. Class monitors maintain the class in the absence of the teacher. All students should co-operate with him in maintaining the discipline of the class.
 
4. Parents are requested to check the diary of their children at least once a week and ensure that instruction are followed by their wards properly.

Diary

 
1. The school diary is a means of communication between the office and parents. Parents are requested to check sign and send it back.
 
2. If the office wants to send any information he shall sent it through diary.
  

Identity Card

 
1. Every students must put on his/her identity card daily otherwise they will not allowed to enter the class.
 
2. If the identity card is lost, a duplicated one will be issued only after depositing on stamp size coloured photograph of the students and a fine of 50 only.
 

To the Parents

 
1. Admission of your children in the school is not the end of your responsibilities towards your children.
 
2. Your children are at the school for about six hours only on school days. You must see what they do during the remaining hours of the day and during the holidays.
 
3. You must closely watch that your children come to school daily, study at least for three hours at home daily and keep good company.
 
4. See that your children keep all the books, copies, pencil, pen etc. in their bags.
 
5. Avoid giving too much pocket money to your children.
 
6. Do not obtain your children at home for petty reasons. A school day lost is lost forever.
 
7. Address all your requests, complaints or suggestions to the principal.
 
8. Success of your children in examination depends on the combined efforts of the parents and the teachers.

Discipline.

1. Discipline is as important as the education.
 
2. Period of the classes will be notified at the time of commencement of the academic year.
 
3. Students should reach to the school on right time, unless informing proper reason.
 
4. Students must attend the school only in prescribed uniform on all class days. A student who is slovenly dressed may be excluded from the classroom or even sent home.
 
5. Indiscipline, indifference to studies, irregularity in attendance obscenity in words or any other misconduct even outside the school premises, are valid reasons for the expulsion of a student. 
 
6. Keeping school and classes neat and clean is students responsibility.
 
7. Serious punishment will be applied after damaging anything of school property by any students.
 
8. Writing on wall of school is strictly prohibited.
